Job Description: User Researcher

Position Overview: As a User Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting research to understand users' needs, preferences, and behaviors in order to inform the design and development of products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and engineers, to ensure that user insights are integrated into the decision-making process. Your research findings and recommendations will directly influence the user experience and contribute to the success of the organization's products.

Key Responsibilities:
User Research Planning:Collaborate with stakeholders to define research objectives and questions.
Develop research plans and methodologies, including selecting appropriate research techniques and tools.
Identify target user groups and recruit participants for studies.
Create and manage research schedules and budgets.

Data Collection:Conduct various user research methods, such as interviews, surveys, usability tests, and field studies, to collect qualitative and quantitative data.
Employ appropriate research techniques and tools, such as interview guides, questionnaires, and observation protocols.
Capture and document research findings accurately and efficiently.

Data Analysis:Analyze and synthesize research data to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
Use both qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to derive meaningful conclusions from research findings.
Collaborate with the team to interpret research data and translate it into actionable recommendations.

Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure research insights are incorporated into product design and development decisions.
Communicate research findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Work with the team to prioritize and address user needs and pain points.

Continuous Learning and Improvement:Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging research methodologies.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and research-driven decision-making within the organization.
Contribute to the improvement of research processes and methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, UI/UX designer
- Proven experience in conducting user research studies, preferably in a product development or design setting.
- Familiarity with various research methods, such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field studies.
- Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex research findings to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Proficiency in using research tools and software is a plus (e.g., usability testing software, survey tools, data analysis tools).

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
