Consistent alignment with operations by auditing calls, understanding needs, conducting refresher training

NHT training

Contributes to process improvements and innovation in the training function

Providing Feedback to New Hires on V&A and Soft Skills

3 to 4 years of experience in training

Excellent communication skills

Voice & Accent Training working experience

Facilitation skills

Good Interpersonal Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
