Verify the tension, measurements, panels, lot number, shade number, and machine needles.

**Compare the style parameters with a sample and bulk orders.** Monitor and segregate wastage by style.

**Regularly count the bundles.**

Clean the assigned knitting machine daily.

**Daily check the total quantity and number of panels knitted in the production book.**

Check and change yarns in the machine according to the design. **Adjust carriage speed based on production needs.**

Send waste panels for de-knitting.

**Count the needles, jacks, and jack selected for each style.**

Record technician name and machine number after counting the pieces.

**Log all details such as machine number, machine type (3 gauge, 7 gauge, 14 gauge), lot number, style number, date, shift, machine speed, time per piece, wastage per piece, and machine operator name.**

Properly hand over ongoing work to the next shift
