**Roles & Responsibilities**

Managing the budgeted targets for the respective states to meet the Sales turn over and Sales collection to ensure the desired business growth with timely forecasts, planning, indenting, stock procurement, invoicing and managing the receivables, Inventory, Collections and Extension work (RICE), including the product promotion and customer relations (trade & grower), in compliance with the company policies and the regulations of the Agri. Department and the concerned regulatory authorities with support from the sales staff and accountable for the least stock return to maximize the net sales and strive for the best NRV to the company and maintain good customer relations.

Sales & marketing of own paddy, Own field crops & vegetable crops, in addition to the crops sourced from the Principle companies to meet the companies budgeted volumes & value in time with optimal costs and resource management, with lease sales return & inventory monitoring in the market with minimum sales returns to accomplish the Annual Sales budget. (Annex 1- Respective sales budget, plans, rolling plans, projections, product mix and Sales Structure with manpower and operative cost)
