**Position Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**:

- Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals and target audience demographics.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends and competitors to inform strategy development and identify opportunities for growth.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing trends.
- **Content Creation and Curation**:

- Create engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually compelling graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- **Community Engagement and Management**:

- Foster meaningful interactions with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, reviews, and discussions related to our brand, products, and industry, and address any issues or concerns as needed.
- Cultivate relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and industry partners to expand our reach and amplify our messaging.
- **Analytics and Performance Tracking**:

- Utilize social media analytics tools to track key performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing key findings, trends, and recommendations for optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in social media marketing.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

- Social media marketing: 2 years (preferred)
