**Position Accountabilities**
- Manage the overall lubricants business (B2B, B2C, Retail and Automotive) to achieve set targets.
- Plan, coordinate and promote the sales of B2B & B2C Lubricants to existing and new customers directly, through our distributors and through the multiproduct sales force with the objective of achieving the sales, gross margin and market share objectives within the prescribed time limits.
- Adapt/develop Customer Value Propositions (CVPs) for building competitive advantage in order to protect existing businesses and secure new ones.
- Continuously keep in touch with our suppliers with a view to secure best and competitive price and other specific requirements.
- Support sales team to reply to tenders by providing technical and pricing support.
- Build up media plan, with support of Marketing Manager, to ensure annual coverage. In addition, maintain/enhance relationship/ partnership with OEMs/ Importers of vehicles and equipment.
- Maintain and develop favourable relations with the distributors and customers through the effective delivery on our promise and differentiate our offer from competition
- Personally demonstrate visible leadership commitment while managing the business in compliance with Group and local regulatory requirements and guidelines.
- Supervise the work of the team so that they meet the set targets in both volume and profitability.
- Carry out Lubricants technical training programs for different stakeholders.
- Coordinate the preparation of the Lubricants T&R with input from the B2C and B2B stakeholders
- Coordinate pricing of Lubricants to end customers with a view to optimise margin levels while remaining competitive on the market place.
- Carry out margin analysis for all B2B and B2C customers by SKU and report to Commercial Manager on a monthly basis.
- Monitor the purchase and stock level and value of Lubes in close collaboration with the Supply Chain & Stock Controller with a view to maintain stock levels as low as reasonably possible without compromising business opportunities.
- Draw and implement promotional campaigns/incentives schemes for resellers and end consumers with a view to motivate and strengthen relationship.
- Develop network plan of resellers, both qualitative and quantitative with the ultimate aim of meeting needs of consumers and ensuring that lubes are distributed at optimal cost.
- Pro-actively identify opportunities / facilities for new products and assist with field trials in conjunction with product and market specialists as required.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
