Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Circuit Design: Assist in the design and development of electronic circuits as part of the production process. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that designs meet specifications and quality standards.

2. Component Identification: Proficiently identify electronic components, understand their functions, and ensure accurate assembly and usage during the production process.

3. Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Conduct RCA to identify and resolve technical issues or malfunctions in the production line. Utilize analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently.

4. Assembly and Testing: Assist in the assembly, testing, and calibration of electronic systems. Work closely with the production team to ensure products meet quality standards.

5. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of processes, designs, and assembly procedures. Follow established protocols for accurate record-keeping.

6. Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards by conducting rigorous quality checks and tests during various production stages.

7. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in the handling of electronic components and during the production process.

**Requirements**:

- A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of practical experience in a similar role or relevant internships for freshers.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of electronic circuit design and components.
- Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to work in a team, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools for circuit design and analysis.
- Understanding of safety protocols and compliance in an industrial setting.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
