**Key Responsibilities**
- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Integrate board syllabus with JEE/NEET topics seamlessly.
- **Academic Planning**:

- Prepare structured lesson plans, teaching materials, and assignments.
- Conduct regular assessments and mock tests to track student progress.
- **Mentorship and Guidance**:

- Provide individual attention and mentorship to students to address their academic needs.
- Motivate and guide students towards achieving their career goals.
- **Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the school faculty to ensure synchronization between school and competitive exam preparations.
- Attend departmental meetings and contribute to program improvement initiatives.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns and syllabus changes for JEE/NEET.
- Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in JEE/NEET coaching or similar programs.
