As a Junior Architect at Defzen Projects Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting our architectural team throughout the design and construction phases of projects. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in Design Development**: Collaborate with senior architects and designers to develop conceptual designs, produce drawings, and create presentations for client review.
- **Drafting and Documentation**: Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) to produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for construction documents.
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct research on materials, building codes, regulations, and industry trends to inform design decisions and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- **Project Coordination**: Work closely with project managers and other team members to coordinate design efforts, review drawings, and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the design process.
- **Client Interaction**: Participate in client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and communicate design concepts effectively.
- **Quality Assurance**: Assist in reviewing project deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to design standards and project requirements.
- **Continuing Education**: Stay updated on advancements in architectural technology, sustainability practices, and industry best practices through ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the architectural profession.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with 3D modeling software (SketchUp, Rhino, etc.).
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED accreditation.
- Previous internship or work experience in an architectural firm or related industry.
