Urgent requirement for Trichy Position -- C.E.O (BRAMAS) Trichy (thuvakudi)

Qualification : Bachelor/ Masters degree in Commerce with ICWA or MBA ( Finance)

Salary -80 k per month

Experience: Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience structural fabrication.

BHEL projects in the following areas 1. In-depth knowledge in tally accounting software with abn ability to oversee proper implementation of accounting procedures.

2. Knowledge on adherence to statutory compliances in direct and indirect taxes like TDS / GST recovery and returns filing procedures.

3. Ability to handle direct and indirect taxes department related notices by coordinating with statutory auditors.

4. To ensure smooth functioning of BRAMAS by overseeing the overall day to day affairs of the company

5. BRAMAS would be implementing various projects in their premises like office building construction and de coiling machine installation etc on a continuous basis and CEO's responsibility would lie with proper implementation of these projects in line with board decisions.

6. To follow up with raw material suppliers on a continuous basis. Responsibilities shall include price negotiation, plant visit as and when required, ensuring timely delivery etc.

7. To coordinate with BHEL QC in timely clearance of raw materials.

8. To give proper timely feed back on members enquiries and to address their grievances on time in consultation with the board.

9. In short, CEO should act as a bridge between the members, BRAMAS staff, Board of directors, raw material suppliers, BHEL and government departments in ensuring smooth and successful functioning of BRAMAS
