**THE INTERNSHIP - Digital Marketing (Bangalore, India)**

We are seeking a driven and research-savvy Digital Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team and lead the Voice of the Customer research and strategy project. This initiative will focus on understanding the journey, challenges, and motivations of prospective international students in our target markets. The intern will translate research findings into actionable borrower personas, messaging themes for 2025, and a comprehensive content strategy tailored to our audience.

This internship provides an excellent opportunity to think strategically, craft narratives, and make a tangible impact on MPOWER’s marketing initiatives.We’re looking for interns who can think creatively and analytically, embrace ambiguity and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and have a solution-focused mindset driven by making an impact.
- Conducting primary, secondary, and competitor research to deeply understand the journey of prospective international students
- Synthesizing findings into a comprehensive research report or presentation deck
- Developing detailed borrower personas based on the research insights
- Crafting messaging themes specific to target markets that align with student needs and aspirations
- Designing a cross-channel content strategy around identified messaging themes to drive engagement and conversions.

**THE QUALIFICATION**
- Currently pursuing an MBA or related Master’s degree.
- Proficient in conducting thorough research and interviews.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and working knowledge of various marketing channels.
- Skilled in qualitative analysis and storytelling, with a content mindset reflective of target customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability present complex information clearly and concisely to different stakeholders

A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple time zones and locations

In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload, tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, and 80-20 everything.
