**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Provide a bullet point list of the responsibilities and duties of this job._
- Manage large amounts of **inbound** and **outbound** calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling customer’s calls.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Keep records of all conversations.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Fresher’s are also welcome.
- Specific skills: Excellent communication skills in English Language.

**Timing**:

- **FIXED NIGHT SHIFT (8 hours working + 1 hour break).**
- **MALE FEMALE BOTH CAN APPLY**.
- **FIXED SATURDAY & SUNDAY WEEKOFF.**
