As a Dispatch Officer, you will play a vital role in managing the timely and efficient dispatch of products from our manufacturing facility to customers, distributors, and other stakeholders. With more than 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, you will oversee all aspects of the dispatch process to ensure accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Dispatch Planning: Plan and schedule dispatch activities in coordination with production, logistics, and sales teams to meet customer requirements and delivery deadlines. Allocate resources effectively to optimize dispatch efficiency and minimize lead times.
- Order Processing: Receive, review, and process customer orders for dispatch. Verify order details, including quantities, specifications, and delivery instructions, and ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of finished products, packaging materials, and shipping supplies. Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure adequate inventory availability for dispatch.
- Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and transportation companies to arrange timely and cost-effective transportation of goods. Schedule pickups, prepare shipping documents, and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with customer requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that dispatched products meet quality standards and specifications. Conduct final inspections and quality checks before dispatch, and address any issues or discrepancies promptly to prevent delivery delays or customer dissatisfaction.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, import/export requirements, and shipping standards. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, and shipping labels, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Customer Communication: Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and any issues or concerns that may arise during the dispatch process. Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline dispatch processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, automation solutions, and best practices in dispatch operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of dispatch procedures, transportation logistics, and inventory management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in computer software and systems used for dispatch management and tracking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Location : Satpur, Nashik**

**Qualification : Any Graduate**

**Experience : 3 years+**

**Salary : 3- 4 LPA**

**Key skill : Experience in sheet metal / Automobile industry only.**

**Note : Immediate joiners preferred.**
