**POSITION PURPOSE/OBJECTIVES**
- The Testing technician will be responsible for testing products in accordance with ACOEM specification and standards, in conjunction with management, in order to meet customer deadlines. Work as part of a team to achieve “On Target”, “On Quality” and “On Cost.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
**Strategic Focus**

▪ Working with senior executives to define testing objectives, testing scope, roles, and responsibilities, schedule, and actively manage key aspects of the test to ensure it is delivered on time, within budget, and on scope. Maintaining full transparency of testing issues, risks, challenges, and outcomes with the executive team. Communicating with key stakeholders and managing relationships to ensure the work is delivered to their satisfaction.

**Management Functions**:

- **Planning and scheduling**
- Testing of incoming (Acoem Ecotech Manufactured) instruments in accordance with manufacturer’s specification and procedures
- Calibration of instruments in accordance with manufacturer’s specification and procedures
- Provide technical support and assist R&D in the testing and development of software and hardware
- Provide customer support
- Updating and developing test procedures
- Personal quality of workmanship
- Day to day maintaining/upkeep of testing equipment
- Provide training when required to allow the up skill of personnel.
- **Stakeholder engagement & leadership**
- manage & reconcile testing expectations with external and internal stakeholders
- manage appropriate and timely communications
- **Reporting and project reviews**
- **c**oordinate and monitor testing through the entire test lifecycle
- report and escalate issues when necessary
- manage testing performance with appropriate KPIs and metrics, continuously follow up on the progress, risks, and opportunities of the testing
- monitor safety and ensure safety control measures are in place
- Produce accurate and timely reports as required by management
- Any other duties that may be reasonably allocated by manager from time to time

**Skills and Experience**:

- Knowledge of testing methodologies and disciplines
- Methodical and diligent
- attention to detail
- Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to stick to time and budget constraints
- Familiar with testing management software, tools and templates

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Relevant qualifications (preferred engineering degree in Electronices & communication)
- Demonstrable track record of achieving a high performing culture in a technical environment experience working in manufacturing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
