**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**:Identify and pursue potential business opportunities through various channels, including networking events, industry contacts, and online platforms.

**Client Engagement**: Initiate contact with potential clients, present our services effectively, and build strong relationships to understand their event needs and objectives.

**Proposal Development:

- **Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to each client’s requirements and expectations.

**Sales Conversion**: Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring a smooth transition from initial inquiry to confirmed sale.

**Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities and enhance our service offerings.

**Service: Provide:

- ** exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

**Reporting:

- ** Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets. Prepare regular reports for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the event management or related industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
