Job Summary:
We're seeking an efficient Admin Executive to manage administrative tasks, ensure compliance, and support operations at our gas agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage front desk operations, receiving customers and handling queries
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
Compliance and Regulatory:
- Ensure adherence to gas agency regulations and industry standards
- Maintain necessary licenses, permits, and certifications
- Coordinate audits and inspections
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly
- Handle customer complaints and feedback
Inventory Management:
- Assist in managing cylinder inventory, tracking stock levels
- Coordinate with logistics team for cylinder delivery and collection
Accounting and Finance:
- Manage cash handling, billing, and payment processes
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
HR and Training:
- Coordinate employee training, induction, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, leave management, and benefits
**Requirements**:
- 2-5 years of experience in administration, preferably in gas agency or related industry.
