IT Technician

Minimum 1 year of IT Technician experience required for a global organization
- MS Exchange, Outlook, and OWA management and configuration

**Job Overview**
- Install and configure hardware and software components
- Repair or replace damaged hardware
- Upgrade systems to enable compatible software
- Install and upgrade antivirus software
- Perform tests on new hardware and software
- Define software, hardware and network requirements
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Provide support for the IT Department with multiple projects as required
- Collaborate with and assist the rest of the IT team
- Problem/resolution and root cause management
- Perform other assigned duties not defined
- Perform regular preventative maintenance checks on PC s, printers, and copiers
- Manage trouble tickets and orders for telephone hardware, telephone service, and internet service at remote locations
- Maintain VPN connection to production and disaster recovery data centers via firewalls

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
