Title: Tele Sales Counsellor - UCAM Mumbai Campus

Location: Louiswadi, Thane

**Job Description**:
UCAM Mumbai Campus is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Tele Sales Counsellor to join our team. The Tele Sales Counsellor will play a vital role in engaging with prospective students, understanding their educational goals, and guiding them through the enrolment process. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in UCAM Mumbai Campus programs.

3. Listen to prospective students' needs, concerns, and goals to determine the most suitable program for them.

4. Build rapport and establish trust with prospective students to encourage enrollment.

6. Meet and exceed monthly enrolment targets and conversion rates.

7. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students in the CRM system.

8. Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition for enrolled students.

9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in admission policies.

10. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales and counseling skills.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in any field (Education or Sales & Marketing preferred).

2. Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in the education sector.

3. Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is a plus.

4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.

5. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

7. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.

8. Passion for education and helping students achieve their academic goals.

9. Flexibility to work evening shifts and weekends as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
