Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
- Introduce our products or services to potential customers over the phone.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to interested individuals.
- Answer any questions or concerns that potential customers may have.
- Obtain and document relevant customer information and feedback during calls.
- Follow up with potential leads to convert them into customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales quotas.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies and performance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Nepali is essential. Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively persuade and influence others over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
