**Designation**: Process Architect

**Position description**:The Process Architect shall be responsible for definition, deployment of SW development processes along with evaluating and helping teams to adhere to the prescribed processes. This role will focus on engineering innovative, strategic, and long-term solution.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- 15+ years of solid experience and Expertise in ASPICE Capability level 1-5 and ISO 26262 engineering development process in the field of Software Q
- Experience in Process improvements, Record of leading and deploying improvements based on process requirements and business needs.
- Practical and Demonstrable knowledge of the ASPICE Process Assessment Model (PAM) and ISO 26262
- Experience in performing Quality Assurance (SUP 1) activities as defined by ASPICE
- Should be certified ASPICE Provisional Assessor, Quality related certification (Six Sigma, ISO, CSQA, etc) is an added advantage
- Record of successful and measurable process/performance improvement initiatives
- Proven ability to partner with Systems and Software Development Teams to advocate best practices, receive and give criticism in a constructive way
- Experience with leading ELM/ALM tool within the Automotive Industry
- Advanced skills in FMEA
- Knowledge of advanced in performing quality assurance activities during embedded development,
- Knowledge in IATF Standards, VDA 6.3 Standard, Configuration Management and Project management
- Good understanding of functional chains and distributed SW (SW defined vehicle)
- Taking complete owsnership in resolving issues/escalations in consultation with senior management and global organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with peers, technical and non-technical stakeholder;
- Experience presenting team progress and status to executive leadership in quarterly engineering reviews
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders
- Displays courage and confidence without arrogance, positive even in tough situations, initiates change and challenges the status quo
- Ability to work in highly matrix environment and manage constant change and evolution
- Motivated self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated ability to work with engineers/partners/customers across different geographies.

**Educational qualifications preferred**

**Degree**: Bachelor of Engineering - BE/B.TECH/M.TECH
