Accountable for crafting Store layouts and Design packs that are allocated to me that meet the right quality; standards and always adhere to the agreed timelines
Preparing store packs and presenting at the approval meetings; ensure they are approved by the board & update the records on Our Property
Collaborating with colleagues within Retail Operations; SRD; Acquisition; Site Research; Commercial both at TBS & in Country to deliver store layouts
Working with Planning Manager in the country to ensure I receive the right brief to plan my stores
Identifying & Delivering cost savings whilst Maintaining quality and fit for purpose design & plans

**Qualifications**
Basic Auto CAD;
Basic Revit
Basic Adobe Suite - (Illustrator; Photoshop; In Design)

Preferred Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/ Interior Design/ Bachelor in Engineering (Civil) or Experience within an Architectural/ Retail Operations/ Construction organization.
