**Job Overview**

A Rider plays a critical role in ensuring that food orders are delivered promptly on time and in good condition to customers.

**Qualification**:

- A valid driver's license
- The ability to manage time efficiently and make on-time deliveries.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills to interact with customers professionally.
- The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and resolve any delivery-related issues.

**Delivery Operations**:

- Safely and efficiently transport food orders from the kitchen to the customer's location.
- Verify and double-check orders to ensure accuracy and completeness before departure.
- Navigate delivery routes using printed directions to reach destinations on time.
- Handle food items with care to maintain their quality and integrity during transport.

**Customer Service**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon delivery.
- Collect payments (if necessary)
- Address customer inquiries and concerns courteously.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers. Good manners and politeness are essential.

**Grooming**:

- Keep your hair neat and well-groomed.
- If you have facial hair, make sure it is well-groomed and clean

**Safety**:

- Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure a safe delivery experience for both the driver and others on the road.
- Maintain a high level of personal and food safety by adhering to hygiene and food-handling standards.

**Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times, addresses, and any special instructions from customers.

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Driving 2-Wheeler: 1 year (required)
