**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO. The PA to CEO will play a crucial role in managing the CEO's schedule, communications, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Calendar Management**:

- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring that the CEO's schedule is optimized and prioritized effectively.
- **Communication Management**:

- Draft and prepare correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
- **Travel Coordination**:

- Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, transportation, and visa arrangements, for domestic and international trips.
- Prepare travel expense reports and reconcile receipts in a timely manner.
- **Meeting Support**:

- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations for CEO-led meetings.
- Attend meetings with the CEO, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
- **Confidentiality and Discretion**:

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain confidentiality of executive discussions, decisions, and strategic plans.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to the CEO, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Assist with special projects, research assignments, and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the CEO.
- **Stakeholder Liaison**:

- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and board members.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

**Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
