Dog Groomer

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Grooming Services**:

- Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, combing, cutting, and styling fur.
- Trim nails, clean ears, and brush teeth.
- Provide specialized grooming services such as de-shedding treatments and flea/tick baths.
- **Customer Service**:

- Consult with pet owners to understand their grooming needs and preferences.
- Provide grooming advice and recommendations to pet owners.
- Ensure a positive and friendly experience for both pets and their owners.
- **Animal Care**:

- Handle pets with care, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the grooming process.
- Identify signs of health issues such as skin conditions, infections, or parasites and inform the pet owner.
- Maintain a calming environment to reduce stress for nervous or anxious animals.
- **Sanitation & Safety**:

- Clean and disinfect grooming tools and work areas to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols to prevent injuries to pets and staff.
- Properly handle and dispose of chemicals and grooming products.
- **Education & Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification from a recognized grooming school or program preferred.
- Proven experience as a professional groomer for both dogs and cats.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent grooming and styling skills for various breeds.
- Strong understanding of animal behavior and handling techniques.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
