Key Responsibilities:
**Operations**
- Responsible for rental fleet management program which includes; maintaining accurate fleet of our Road Sweeping Machines.
- Data, utilization of operators and equipment, resolving customer concerns and billing issues, and processing payments.
- Implement the PDI process and carry out trails upon receiving the new sweeping machine delivery from the production department.
- Make sure vehicles are always ready and available to meet orders by scheduling and monitoring.
- Recruitment of quality operators into the fleet and developing efficient operators’ schedules to maximize profits.
- Managing operators, so they adhere to strict schedules.
- Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with local and state rules and regulations.
**Maintenance and Servicing of Sweeping Machines**:
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
- Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance through servicing team to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
- Streamline and monitor fuel purchase system with the assistance of Fuel Cards for all equipment’s and operators.
**Man-Management**:
- Monitoring operator’s behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service. Create reports of operators’ effectiveness.
- Analyzing data to increase business operation efficiency.
**Training and Development**:
- Understanding the staff requirements and assists in hiring and motivating them, correcting them weaknesses, and ensuring discipline.
- Coordinate product-related trainings, including presentations of new features and simulation activities in a demo environment
- Ensure all new hires undergo basic technical
- Schedule in-house technical sessions using e-learning platforms
**Essential Skills**:
- Ability to supervise, coordinate and direct the work of the operators.
- Must be able to motivate the operators to ensure their full co-operation at all times.
- To maintain effective working relationship with the subordinate employees.
- To analyze the requirements of the situation and to take effective and corrective action.
- To be able to work with minimum supervision, meet the scheduled time lines, and to plan and organize the work accordingly.
- Should have excellent problem-solving skills.
**Education and Experience**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Logistics / Fleet Management.
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role (in a fleet management or rental company) or 2+ years in a logistics / operations role.
**Salary Range - ₹3 to 3.5 Lac / per annum**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
