**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of Airbnb listings and rental properties, including guest communications, bookings, check-ins/check-outs, and maintenance requests.
- Ensure all properties are well-maintained, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies for guest comfort.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction and positive reviews.
- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are ready for guest arrivals and maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Monitor property performance metrics, such as occupancy rates, pricing strategies, and guest reviews, and implement strategies to optimize property revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Train and supervise hospitality staff, including housekeepers, maintenance technicians, and guest services personnel.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance property management processes and guest experiences.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote properties, attract new guests, and generate booking inquiries.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
