JOB DESCRIPTION: MATERIAL OFFICER/ STORES OFFICER

1. Control of the four satellite stores i.e. TOT store, MOT store, Cathlab store and the Main store
- in terms of inventory and manpower.

2. Receive material in the main store and transfer to the satellite stores.

3. Clear all bills for payment without delay.

4. Issue material to the wards/departments.

5. Contribute towards the deliberations in the Spares Committee, Purchase Committee, Quality Council and Saturday Committee.

6. Update the Management in the receipt/consumption figures.

7. Ensure that there is no shortage of essential required materials in the Stores.

Liaison with the HRD/Medical Department/Finance department & other departments of the Hospital

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
