Bancassurance Sales Officer

India's leading insurance company is seeking a highly motivated and results oriented Bancassurance Sales Officer to join our dynamic Banca Channel team within the Branch Banking Department.

**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop strong relationships with branch relationship managers and bank staff.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products based on a comprehensive financial needs analysis.
- Clearly explain product features and benefits, ensuring customer understanding.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales within the Banking, Insurance, or Investment domain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth understanding of financial products and services
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
