**Job Title: tele sales & Office Executive**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Tele sales Duties**:
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling.
- Conduct sales presentations over the phone.
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings.
- Track all appointments, sales, complaints, and status reports for manager review.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Identify and resolve client concerns; recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain a well-informed customer database for future sales.
**Office Management Duties**:
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain office records and files.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Support HR activities such as onboarding and employee records management.
- Ensure the office environment is clean and organized.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the management team.

**Sales Performance**:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer information in the database.
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers.
**Office Efficiency**:
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of office supplies.
- Accurate record-keeping and documentation.
- Effective coordination with vendors and service providers.
- Support smooth execution of HR activities.
- Provide timely and efficient administrative support to the management team.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.

- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Technical support: 2 years (preferred)
