**Job Role: Human Resource Business Partner**

**Location: Hosur**
Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, master’s in business administration, or a related field (preferred).
Required Experience: 8+ yrs.
Position Reports to: Lead HRBP - Finance
**Purpose of the Role**:
Contribute to the development and accomplishment of strategic and tactical objectives of the (Sales & Marketing) business vertical by attracting, developing, managing, motivating, and retaining talent. As the HR champion in the line function, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of all HR policies and systems, driving the advancement and success in the (Sales & Marketing) sector.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
1. Strategic Planning: Serve as the custodian of the organization structure and its people by identifying current and future strategic workforce needs.
2. Workforce Planning: Plan the workforce for the function and fulfil regular & critical vacancies through mid-career recruitment. Also, analyze exits and devise actions to control attrition.
3. Employee Effectiveness: Monitor employee productivity and implement actions for its improvement.
4. Employee Performance: Coach managers to improve their effectiveness and support employees in managing their careers (performance & potential).
5. Competency Building: Enable the process of developing key competencies in the function, by supporting L&D to identify competency requirements (technical and behavioral) for all roles.
6. Employee Engagement: Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to maximize engagement.
7. Advocacy: Champion employee advocacy by being the 'voice' of the employee. Also, champion all Diversity & Inclusion initiatives within the function.
**Qualifications**:
Academic: Requires an MBA - HRM/HRD with at least 60% from top management colleges (regular / Armed Forces programs). An engineering background would be advantageous.
