**Job description**
- You will act as Engineering Manager / EPIC Owner for Diagnosis SW Development distributed over multiple locations in a new agile organizational setup for AUTOSAR Base SW and work in close cooperation with our international partners
- You will be responsible for the development of AUTOSAR Diagnosis solutions on modern and complex µC and µP architectures
- In addition, you will coach and accompany your associates in their personal development as well as professionally and methodically from requirements development through design and implementation to integration and testing of the developed software
- Your area of responsibility also includes participation in business planning
- You will work with the platform project, the solution organization, and the global hub teams

**Qualifications**:

- You have many years of experience in embedded SW development and/or DevOps solutions in a cloud environment (Azure, GitHub), are proficient in several programming languages (C and script languages), and have already gained extensive leadership experience
- Ideally, you have a good network within Bosch to contact persons in the area of automotive Base SW
- Thanks to your thirst for knowledge, you are interested in the latest software development tools and closely follow what is trending in the area of SW engineering methodology (Classic,Safe) DevOps and CI/CX
- Solution-oriented action, persuasiveness, confident demeanour as well as an analytical, structured and quality-conscious way of working in an international environment

With your enthusiasm, you would like to improve things and automate manual activities. You enjoy trying out new programs and tools that can make life easier for us in daily SW engineering
