A Civil Site Supervisor with 5+ years of experience in high-rise residential and commercial building constructions plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating on-site construction activities. This role involves ensuring that construction projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with design specifications and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Execution**: Supervise and manage all aspects of high-rise residential and commercial building construction projects, from project initiation to completion.

**Team Management**: Coordinate and lead construction teams, including laborers, subcontractors, and other personnel. Assign tasks, schedule work, and monitor progress.

**Quality Control**: Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets design specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.

**Blueprint Interpretation**: Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and design drawings. Ensure that construction activities align with the design intent.

**Materials and Equipment**: Ensure the availability of necessary materials, tools, and equipment for construction work. Monitor material usage and inventory.

**Site Safety**: Maintain a safe and secure work environment. Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections. Address safety concerns promptly.

**Progress Reporting**: Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and potential deviations from the project plan.

**Problem Solving**: Identify and address construction-related issues and challenges promptly. Collaborate with project teams to find effective solutions.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records, including daily construction logs, inspection reports, and change orders.

**Client Communication**: Interact with clients and address their questions, concerns, and requests related to construction.

**Budget Management**: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and track expenses. Report any variances or issues to project management.

**Permitting and Inspections**: Manage the permitting process for construction work, schedule inspections, and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is advantageous.
- 5+ years of experience in civil engineering or construction, with a focus on high-rise residential and commercial building construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and methods for high-rise buildings.
- Understanding of construction project management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality control and safety.
- Effective communication skills for interactions with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
- Familiarity with relevant construction software and tools.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing project conditions.
- Site Supervisor or related certifications (if applicable in your region) are a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
