**Job Title**: PGT Teacher (English)
**Location**: Sonipat, Haryana
**Education**: B.Ed. required
**Salary Range**: ₹30,001 - ₹35,000
**Experience**: 2-5 years

The **PGT English Teacher** will be responsible for teaching English at the senior secondary level, enhancing students' language skills, literature comprehension, and critical thinking abilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Instruction**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans focused on English language, literature, grammar, and vocabulary.
- Engage students in interactive reading, writing, and discussion activities that foster analytical thinking.
- **Student Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to support academic growth.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a positive and organized classroom environment that promotes respect and learning.
- Address student behavior issues as needed to keep the class focused and on track.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Update teaching materials regularly and adapt content to meet the educational standards.
- Introduce innovative teaching methods and tools to make learning more engaging and relevant.
- **Parent Communication and Reporting**:

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, achievements, and any concerns.
- Prepare and submit reports on student performance and curriculum effectiveness.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and school meetings to enhance teaching skills and share best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Ed. degree required.
