Hvac Incharge

"1) Responsible for operation & maintenance of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) 2) Responsible for achieving the deliverables (KRA) in his area 3) Supporting & guiding the team towards the deliverables 4) Supports and delivers O & M services in a manner that meets high standards and levels of performance and in accordance with client expectation 5) Release Utility equipment for breakdown and PPM activities 6) Provide tools, spares and consumables, PPEs, for smooth operation 7) Support and Supervise shut down activities 8) Report to the Facility Manager for any abnormalities & Break downs 9) Keep equipment and work site clean and tidy 10) Train technicians and Engineering Assistants on Operation and Maintenance of utility equipment and review their performance 11) Motivate the Team to work Safely and to work as a Team 12) Report Unsafe Act, Unsafe Condition, Near Miss, Accident, Incident 13) Investigate and take necessary corrective, preventive action for Unsafe Act, Unsafe Condition, Near Miss, Accident, Incident 14) Prepare MIS report 15) Create and validate SOPs, SPs, PPM Schedule & Log Sheets for utility equipment as required 16) Measuring O & M Performances by using a variety of tools (e.g., reports, records, goals, standards, etc.) 17) Defining goals and establishing standards 18) To control the performance of maintenance in an efficient and safe manner such that economical, safe, and reliable plant operation is optimized 19) MTTR & MTBF tracking to be done for the Equipments on monthly basis"
