Telle Caller

Initiate outbound calls to prospective patients, providing information about hospital services, health check-up packages, and special promotions.
- Follow a scripted pitch to engage potential patients and address their inquiries.
- Schedule appointments for patients based on their preferences and the availability of medical staff.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless scheduling and minimize waiting times for patients.
- Conduct follow-up calls to existing patients for feedback on services and appointments.
- Assist in maintaining patient relationships by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Disseminate accurate and up-to-date information about hospital facilities, medical specialties, and any changes in services to callers.
- Provide information on billing, insurance, and other relevant administrative processes.
- Maintain an organized and updated database of patient contacts, ensuring accuracy in contact details and interaction history.
- Generate reports on call activities and patient interactions as required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing patient queries, concerns, and feedback professionally and courteously.
- Handle escalated issues with sensitivity and in adherence to hospital policies.

2.Proven experience in a customer service or telecalling role.
3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4.Familiarity with medical terminology and hospital services is a plus.
5.Proficiency in using telecalling software and databases.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
