We are seeking a passionate and experienced _**Jolly Phonics Teacher Trainer**_ to join our team. As a Jolly Phonics Teacher Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to educators and teachers, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively implement Jolly Phonics methodology in their classrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training sessions online and offline on Jolly Phonics methodology for educators and teachers.
- Deliver engaging and interactive presentations, demonstrations, and activities to facilitate learning.
- Provide support and guidance to participants in implementing Jolly Phonics techniques in their teaching practices.
- Tailor training content to meet the specific needs and objectives of different audiences.
- Stay updated on latest developments and best practices in phonics instruction and Jolly Phonics methodology.
- Collaborate with educational institutions and organizations to promote Jolly Phonics training programs.
- Assess participant learning and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education is preferred. Master's degree is preferred as well.
- Certification as a Jolly Phonics Teacher Trainer.
- Proven experience in delivering training or professional development workshops for educators.
- In-depth knowledge of phonics instruction principles and Jolly Phonics methodology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel for training sessions as required.
