**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Team Building and Leadership**:

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant managers, chefs, kitchen staff, and front-of-house employees.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth, creativity and continuous improvement.

**Operational Excellence**:

- Implement efficient operational processes to optimize productivity and enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
- Develop procedures for quality audit of the outlets to ensure quality housekeeping, food and services to customers.

**Menu Development and Recipe Design**:

- Collaborate with culinary experts to create innovative and appealing menu offerings that reflect current food trends and align with our brand identity.
- Develop and refine recipes, ensuring consistency, taste and presentation that exceed customer expectations.
- Conduct regular menu reviews to introduce seasonal specials and adjust offerings based on customer feedback.

**Supply Chain Management**:

- Partner with vendors and suppliers to secure high-quality ingredients and materials for food preparation and restaurant operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement processes to minimize waste and optimize cost-efficiency.

**Customer Experience**:

- Maintain a customer-centric approach by consistently delivering outstanding service and addressing customer feedback in a timely manner.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the dining experience from ambiance to food quality and presentation.

**Financial Management**:

- Develop and manage budgets for each restaurant location, ensuring financial targets are met and expenses are controlled.
- Analyze sales trends and cost data to make informed decisions that positively impact profitability.

Strong culinary expertise with experience in recipe development and menu design.

Exceptional leadership & managerial, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and inspire high-performing teams.

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
