The Manufacturing Data Collection Systems Support Technician is a team contributor, ensuring the seamless operation of our client's global manufacturing data collection systems. The primary responsibility involves providing essential support for server systems, with a specific emphasis on similar technologies.

**Job Details**:
**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Provide hands-on support for server systems, ensuring their smooth operation and promptly addressing any issues.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve server-related challenges.
- Support the administration of KepserverEX to ensure optimal performance.
- Contribute to routine maintenance activities to prevent system downtime.
- Assist in planning and executing software upgrades, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.
- Implement monitoring tools to track system performance and address potential issues proactively.
- Assist in generating reports on system health and performance metrics.
- Contribute to maintaining comprehensive documentation for systems, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Participate in training sessions for end-users, sharing insights into system functionalities and best practices.

**Education and Experience**
- Recent graduate (2 Year Degree minimum) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience with Enterprise system installations
- Familiarity with server system support and a willingness to learn and grow in this area.
- Basic understanding of KepserverEX or similar technologies used for OT data collection.
- Strong IT troubleshooting skills and an ability to learn quickly on the job.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Collaborative mindset and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Customer-focused with the ability to work in a culturally diversified fast-paced environment
- Ability to cooperate with technology teams, operations teams, management and end users
- Basic knowledge of Operational Technology with some understanding of globally positioned IT/OT infrastructure data collection techniques.
- Ability to identify and resolve server operational problems.
- Experience with monitoring server operating systems, emphasis on Windows Server OS.
- Basic understanding and experience in configuring and deploying Enterprise grade software systems.
- Ability to understand and document current state installation issues to support the Analyst in troubleshooting topics
- Familiarity with alerting and response mechanisms in Enterprise environments.
