**Collaborative Partnerships**:Consider forming partnerships with other NGOs, community groups, or businesses that share similar goals. Collaborative efforts can strengthen your proposal and increase the impact of the project.

**Legal Compliance**:Ensure that your NGO is legally compliant with all regulations and requirements. This includes registration, financial transparency, and adherence to any specific regulations set by the government agency.
