**JOB Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**

**Position Location: Mumbai**

CFO of the Masoom will be the core person of the Organization. The role comprises of managing Masoom's finances including financial planning, management of financial risks,

**Position **record-keeping, and financial reporting. CFO should be responsible for providing leadership,

**Summary **direction and management of finance and accounting team. This position will oversee Advising on long-term business and financial planning. Person should have Genuine interest in our mission

**Positions reporting into the role**:
**CORE TEAM of MASOOM reports to CFO **i.e. Finance Manager, HR Manager and Admin
Manager

**Relationships**

**1. **Responsible for managing the company's financial operations and strategy.
**2. **Being a team leader for other departments and employees both inside and outside of the financial function CFO has substantial input into the company's investments, capital structure, money management and long-term business strategy.

**Key Deliverables**
- To ensure that finance department functions effectively and smoothly to provide high quality services to Masoom
- Oversee cash flow management
- **Responsible for internal audits, following SOP’s and verify MOU’s**

**Key ** Preparing and reviewing budgets and tracking operational metrics (KPIs.)**Accountabilities**

should have in-depth knowledge of risk management methods, Forecast return on investment (ROI) for current and future programs
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis, risk management and forecasting methods
- **To Verify MOU’s / Agreement and Legal Documents of All Departments**:

- Oversee the fiscal activities of the organization including budgeting, reporting and audit
- Build relationships with banks, donors, vendors, outside consultants and others as needed to keep close to Mission-Driven Enterprises(MDE's) major expenditures and sources of revenue
- Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as needed to monitor, evaluate

**Financial, Tax, and ** and optimize cash-flow and liquidity**Risk Management**
- Establish annual priorities and benchmarks and conduct regular reporting, measuring

projections against actual performance
- Managing Income-Tax, Charity Commissioner and other compliances Liaise with statutory auditors and ensure all internal and statutory audits are conducted in time and as per legal requirements.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Summarize data for reporting to various donor organizations

**Reporting ** Donor reporting on fund utilization
- Ensure timely financial reporting to the CEO, Board of trustees and all stakeholders
- **Qualification**:MBA (Finance) OR Master of science (Finance or Accounting)
- **Experience**: o More than **10** **years**' **experience** in financial leadership role including **4 years **as **CFO** or chief financial executive. o Exposure to managing and leading small organizations
- **Skills**: o Domain knowledge in education

**Desirable **o Strong written and oral communication skills.
**Profile **o Knowledge and passion for Non Profit Organisation. o Should have Leadership Skills and Strategic Vision. o Solid, hands-on, budget management skills, including budget preparation, analysis, decision-making and reporting. o Cash Management, Financial Accounting and Corporate Finance Competence. o Knowledge of fundraising strategies and donor relations unique to non-profit sector. o Should have Problem Solving Abilities and Strong Work Ethic

**Salary**: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
