Ø **ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY**
- Conduct on-site market research at various food service establishments to understand potential for egg-replacer adoption.
- Perform face-to-face interviews and surveys with chefs, bakers, and food service managers to gather insights on current practices and openness to new products.
- Collaborate with senior management to share findings and inform the innovation process.
- Engage with potential customers to discuss the benefits of our egg-replacer product and gather feedback.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall market research capabilities of the organization.
- Interns will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience in market research and contribute to an impactful project.
- This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge product and gain valuable industry experience.

Ø **SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Currently enrolled in a Food Science, Culinary Arts, Catering, hotel management, or a recent graduate within the last 12 months.
- Prior experience in market research, customer service, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Marathi and/or Hindi, with the ability to engage effectively with industry professionals.
- Proactive and able to work independently, as well as part of a dynamic team
- Must be willing to travel to various locations for on-site research.

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹8,411.38 - ₹10,000.00 per month
