Inside Sales Representative

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with company's target market and offerings.
- Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and pain points to effectively position our solutions and services.
- Sales Process Management:
- Manage the sales process, from lead generation to client meetings closure.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition to clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline in CRM system.
- Forecast sales targets and track progress against goals.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales and other departments to develop and execute lead generation campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales team members to share best practices and insights.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Continuously update knowledge of ACTIN Technologies' products and services.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in inside sales or similar role, preferably in the IT services or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
