**Job Summary**:
The Site Supervisor in the building material industry is responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site activities, ensuring the timely and efficient execution of projects, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**:

- Supervise and manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with the project manager to plan and schedule work, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project manager and other stakeholders.

**Team Supervision**:

- Lead and manage on-site workers, including contractors and subcontractors.
- Ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Provide training and guidance to staff as needed.

**Quality Control**:

- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any quality issues.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used.

**Safety Management**:

- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
- Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

**Resource Management**:

- Manage the procurement and delivery of building materials and equipment.
- Ensure efficient use of materials to minimize waste and control costs.
- Maintain an inventory of materials and equipment on site.

**Communication and Coordination**:

- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
- Maintain open lines of communication with all parties involved.

**Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for site activities.
- Maintain documentation and records as required by law and company policy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in construction supervision or a similar role in the building material industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various sites as needed.

**Working Conditions**:

- The role requires working on construction sites, which may involve exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by project schedules.
- Physical ability to perform site inspections and supervise work activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
