**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop content and Create guidelines as per the requirements. Holistically and creatively craft the course curriculum to incorporate the overall learning experience.
- Accountable for creation of training materials, covering topics from company product and Services standpoint as well as broad coverage around topics ranging onboarding, compliance, communication, soft skills and other skills.
- Research and implement pedagogical changes to ensure activity-based engaging learning experiences as well as the best practices and innovating new ways to enhance learning.
- Accountable to identify and update new materials, or revision to existing training materials, and understand timeframes and prioritization of documentation work to best meet program release dates.
- Design a process for ensuring 100% error-free content in a scalable manner, and Create mechanisms to measure the efficacy of the content.
- Create summative and formative assessments to measure learning outcomes.
- Reviewing and revising existing content based on quality and technical correctness.
- Edit other writers’ work in a constructive and informative manner, based on Learning and Development guidelines.

- Creative Mind and Storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects on different timelines

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in educational design/ in literature or equivalent min. 3-year degree course.
