Neonatology Fellow

**Job Description: Neonatology Fellow**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide care to critically ill neonates in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Attend high-risk deliveries and provide resuscitation and stabilization of newborns
- Participate in rounds with the neonatology team
- Communicate with families and provide education on the care of their neonate
- Participate in ongoing research and quality improvement projects

**Requirements**:

- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of a residency in pediatrics
- Board-certified or board-eligible in neonatal-perinatal medicine
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
