Job Title: SAP B1 Operator (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry into SAP B1 system accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations
- Assist in system maintenance, including creating and maintaining user accounts, performing backups, and upgrading the system as necessary
- Troubleshoot system issues and work with technical support to resolve any problems that arise, ensuring system uptime and continuity
- Provide support to end-users, including training on system functionality and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in the development and implementation of new system features and functionality, with a focus on meeting pharmaceutical manufacturing compliance requirements
- Create reports and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to management for improving manufacturing efficiency and quality
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to SAP B1 system usage and compliance
- Maintain and improve the company's IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking infrastructure
- Ensure that the company's IT systems are secure and compliant with regulatory requirements
- Identify and implement improvements to the company's IT systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience working with SAP B1 system in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
- Excellent knowledge of SAP B1 modules, including finance, sales, and purchasing within the context of pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations and requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an understanding of the complexities of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a focus on achieving organizational goals
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and regulatory requirements for IT systems in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
