S Bangal & Associates is a well-established tax consulting firm specializing in Income Tax, GST, Company (ROC) compliance, EPFO, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other licenses. We are expanding our services to include financial products like loans, NCPs, Fixed Deposits, Insurance, and Mutual Funds. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Business Development Executive to join our team.
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: Business Development**:
- **Identify and Generate Leads**: Research and identify potential clients for tax consulting and financial products. Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Act as the primary point of contact for all business development inquiries.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our services and products.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Provide insights to the management team to refine service offerings.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management. Track and report on sales performance.
**Graphics Design**:
- **Marketing Collateral**: Design visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and advertisements, to support business development initiatives.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all graphics and visual content align with the company’s brand guidelines and enhance the overall brand image.
- **Creative Input**: Provide creative input in developing marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a strong background in graphic design.
- **Skills**:
- **Sales and Negotiation**: Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and close deals.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Graphic Design**: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- **Tech Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing platforms.
