Clamping force Meter,Mandrills 2 Basic knowledge of Hydraulics & Penumatics 3 Basic Knowledge of Bearings 4 Basic Knowledge on Belts and Drives 5 Basic Knowledge on Fastners 6 Basic Knowledge on Ballscrew & Lead screw 7 Able to attend Machine breakdowns/Plan activates Individualy 8 Able to Handle Shift Individualy 9 Able to replace Hydraulic pump seal 10 Able to Replace Hydraulic valve 11 Able to Replace Hydraulic hose & fittings 12 Able to top up Lub Oil on machine 13 Able to top up Hydraulic oil on machine. 14 Hand experience of Telescopic guard fittement 15 Hand experience on Machine oil leakages arresting 16 Hand experience on Machines air leakages arresting 17 Able to replace Air pipe & fittings 18 Knowledge of Compressor on/off 19 Knowledge of Compressor Daily Autonomous Maintenance 20 Able to Top up DG set fuel 21 Knowledge of DG on/off 22 Knowledge of 5s 23 Hand experience of cnc turning Turret alignment 24 Hand experience of Axis ball screw bearing replacement 25 Hand experience of Spindle cartridge assembly work 26 Hand experience of Oil filtration 27 Hand experience of all types Gear box replacement work 28 Hand Experience of Grinding Machine Work head brg replacement 29 Hand experience of Grinding machine Dresser Brg replacement 30 Hand experience of cnc turning machine Tail stock assembly 31 Hand experience of Chip conveyor repairing 32 Hands Experience on Spindle Bearing replacement and Assy 33 Hand experience on Goods lift/Stacker Repairing/Hand pallet trucks/Boom Lift 34 Able to do Minor welding work 35 Able to read Mechanical Assy Drawing 36 Able to Make Mechanical Assy Drawing 37 Basic Knowledge of Computer 38 Good co ordiantenation with interal & external team

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
