Collaborate with the Medical Superintendent in providing leadership to the medical staff, promoting a collaborative and patient-centered approach.
- Assist in the development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Oversee the daily operations of clinical departments to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery.
- Work closely with department heads to optimize resource utilization and enhance operational workflows.
- Monitor and enhance the quality of medical services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
- Lead initiatives to improve patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction.
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of medical staff.
- Provide mentorship and support to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans for the hospital's medical services.
- Assist in implementing initiatives to enhance medical education, research, and community outreach.

Requirement
- 1.Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
2.Postgraduate qualification in hospital administration, healthcare management, or a related field is desirable.
3.Substantial clinical experience, preferably in a leadership role within a hospital setting.
4.Demonstrated experience in healthcare administration and operations.
5.Strong leadership and team management skills.
6.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

- Lucknow City, Uttar Pradesh (required)

Ability to Relocate:
