We have an exciting job opportunity for a social media analyst who is up to date on the newest digital technology and social media trends. You should be capable of managing our social media presence while maintaining high levels of online traffic and client engagement.
**Main Responsibilities of a Social Media Marketer**
- Perform research on current trends and stay up to date on all social media channels with a strong focus on social media growth and engagement.
- Develop, write, and edit compelling and engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Create content calendars and schedule posts using social media management tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to monitor key metrics, track performance, and generate insightful reports. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize content for improved results.
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly and monitor customer reviews
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
- Suggest and implement new strategies to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Fluent in English
- 4 + years of experience developing social media strategies.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation.
- Proven record of producing high-quality, engaging social media content across various platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
- Content management experience utilizing platforms.
- Experience with the video editing software is a must.
- International Exposure or experience with MNCs is must
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and keyword research
- Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social (or any other that your organization uses)
- Proven ability to build social media communities.
- Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
